Upon initial release of the Expansion there was a lot of controversy about pay-walls, pay-to-win, trading for content, and the fact that it could all be accessed through spawn commands and eventually through mods. The only means by which a non-owner could obtain the content would then have been in-game trading. That would mean that all Dev Kit content would havr been found in a module that could be accessed only by modders who had bought it and that any mods made with content from that module would be unusable by those that did not also own the Expansion themselves. I believe that all content added to the game by the Scorched Earth expansion should have been reserved solely for those who purchased the Expansion. I have a very unpopular opinion on the whole matter of expansion packs. So let me get a couple things out of the way first.
